What does this role involve?


We’re seeking a fantastic Senior Administration Assistant to become part of our team at Halfpenny Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School on a fixed term, maternity cover contract. As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing a professional, efficient and effective administration service as part of the team, undertaking reception duties as required, and deputising for the Office Manager, allocating tasks and work across the administration team when necessary.


To be successful in your application, you must demonstrate experience of working in an administrative role, with front of house and reception experience. You will be able to apply written and verbal instructions and have the ability to prioritise and proactively manage conflicting deadlines.


This is a fixed term, maternity cover role, with an estimated start date of June 2024, and an end date of April 2025.
