(Mon - Thurs 8am–4.00pm, Fri 8am–3.30pm)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support services. This is an exciting and challenging role for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and progressive environment.
The main responsibility of this role will be:
To support the School Support Manager in organising and managing the administration elements of Bure Park.
To provide administrative and clerical support services to a high standard, supporting management, other office staff, teachers and students in an efficient, professional and effective manner.
To provide support in the purchasing of supplies for the school.
To be an EVC.
To be the Exams Officer.
To oversee the administration of EHCP Annual Reviews.
To undertake reception duties in conjunction with other administrative staff.
Line management of the Administration Team.
Bure Park Specialist Academy is a residential special school for boys in the age range 7 – 16 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).
Pupils arrive with disrupted educational experiences and complex difficulties and our team will be responsible for ensuring that they leave with superb outcomes academically, socially and behaviourally.

The ideal candidate will have:
Good numeracy / literacy skills / GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
Experience of general clerical or administrative work
The ability to meet deadlines by effective planning and time management
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in dealing with a wide range of visitors / stakeholders
An understanding of the support function in a school setting.
