We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Senior Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the school, offering the opportunity to contribute across a range of operational and strategic priorities.

Working closely with senior leaders, the successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support that enhances the effectiveness of the wider leadership team. The role will include elements of PA support, coordination of key processes, and oversight of administrative systems to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

This is a varied and evolving position, with scope to contribute across multiple areas including safeguarding, inclusion, pastoral support and wider school operations. The exact areas of focus will be shaped in discussion with the successful candidate, allowing the role to develop in line with both school priorities and individual strengths.

The post will also play an important role in strengthening capacity across the school, enabling leaders to focus on strategic development and operational leadership .

We are looking for a professional, discreet and resilient individual with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to supporting a positive and inclusive school culture.

This role is term only, therefore 39 working weeks per year.

Your working hours will be 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday.
