Are you an organized and proactive administrative professional looking for a rewarding part-time role? We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team on a job-share basis.
You will play a key role in leading our front office operations, serving as the welcoming face and voice of our school. Working collaboratively with your job-share partner, you will support the Headteacher, Business Manager, and Senior Leadership Team while supervising reception staff and keeping our day-to-day administration running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Leadership: Oversee daily office operations, guide reception staff, and ensure a seamless handoff with your job-share partner.
- Pupil Finance & Arbor MIS: Manage pupil financial transactions (trips, clubs, reporting) using Arbor MIS and assist the Business Manager.
- Safeguarding & Compliance: Maintain and audit the Single Central Record (SCR) to ensure high statutory compliance.
- Executive & Communication Support: Manage leadership diaries, update the school website, and handle enquiries from parents, visitors, and agencies.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with Arbor MIS (or equivalent school MIS) and managing pupil finance.
- Strong knowledge of SCR compliance, safeguarding guidelines, and data confidentiality (GDPR).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to smooth job-share communication.
