Over view of the job
Under the Facilities Manager’s direction, the Senior Caretaker is responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Purpose of the post
Responsible to the Facilities Manager for the attention required to keep the School functioning, particularly in the areas of;
1. Security of premises.
2. Heating and Lighting.
3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
4. Maintaining premises in good state of repair.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
