Due to internal promotion, George Pindar School seek to appoint a Senior Cover Supervisor to join their team.

This role will manage planned absence requests and day-to-day absences of teaching and support staff. To provide short term cover for absent teaching staff, allocating pre-prepared work, keeping students on task and managing the behaviour of students during lessons. The role does not involve planning, preparing, delivering lessons or assessing and reporting on the development progress and attainment of students. This role is ideal for those seeking experience in the education sector, whether starting out on your career, changing course mid career or stepping back from existing teaching role.

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only
