We are looking for an exceptional Senior Deputy Headteacher to join #TeamIsca and lead Quality of Education across our academy.

This is a significant senior leadership role for someone who is passionate about great teaching, ambitious curriculum and ensuring that every child receives an exceptional education.

At Isca, we are incredibly proud of our children, our team and our community. We are an ambitious school with a clear mission – Excellence Through Habit – and we are looking for a leader who shares our determination to keep getting better.

Someone who combines high expectations with strong relationships and who knows that sustainable improvement comes from building great people, great teams and great habits.

As Senior Deputy Headteacher, you will be a key leader across the whole academy, working alongside the Headteacher on wider school strategy and gaining significant experience of whole-school leadership.

For an ambitious leader, there will also be excellent opportunities to continue developing professionally and, in time, build the breadth of experience that could support a future move into Headship.

Most importantly, you will be joining a school with amazing children, an incredibly dedicated team and a genuine desire to make a difference. We work hard, we invest in our people, we support each other and we have plenty of fun along the way.

If you are an experienced and ambitious school leader who wants to have a genuine impact on the quality of education children receive, we would love to hear from you.
