Senior Deputy Headteacher job summary

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership team here at Willenhall Academy, to Headteacher with the strategic leadership of the Academy. The post holder may also be responsible for a key focus area agreed locally and for implementing strategies that support that specialism. Support the Headteacher in developing and implementing the vision and strategic direction of the Academy Support the Headteacher in the day-to-day leadership of the Academy, deputising for them as required Provide strategic leadership for overseeing and embedding quality and standards in teaching, learning and assessment across the academy Ensure standards of support are effective across all areas of responsibility Set high expectations for staff and students Please read the supporting documentation carefully before completing and returning our application and equal opportunities form.
