• Working pattern: Part time: Hours of work will be 22.5 hours per week ideally over 3 days to include Fridays. The post is term time plus 5 staff learning days and 1 additional week to be worked during the school holidays, 40 weeks per annum. Actual Working hours and days will be agreed with the line manager.
• Contract type: Permanent
• Pay scale: Starting salary for a full time post is based on Band E; £25,583 to £26,403 per annum. The actual Salary for the hours/weeks worked is calculated between the range of £13,477 and £14,265 per annum, subject to any continuous service.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Design & Technology Technician to provide support to the department. While a large part of the role will be supporting Hospitality & Catering lessons, a willingness to work across all subjects in the department is desirable. The ideal candidate will ensure health and safety standards are met and give appropriate assistance in lessons.

The post has arisen due to the growth of the school, new classrooms and more lessons being taught throughout the department.
