Senior Early Help Practitioner job summary

The Candidate

As a Senior Early Help Practitioner, you will be passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families. You will have experience in Early Help or a related field, paired with a strong understanding of safeguarding and family support. If you are motivated by creating positive change and are confident in assessing needs, coordinating support, and delivering meaningful interventions, we’d love to hear from you.

You will have exceptional communication skills and build trust easily, navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and care, and work collaboratively with schools, agencies and families. You will remain calm under pressure and be resourceful in your approach, you will bring creativity, resilience, and excellent organisational skills to manage a diverse caseload. Most importantly, you will approach every family with empathy, curiosity and a genuine desire to help them move forward.
