We are Ofsted registered and inspected in line with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage Welfare Requirements.

We are seeking a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team and help us continue to provide outstanding early years education in a setting that is deeply rooted in the local community.

The Role

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Lead and inspire colleagues in delivering high-quality early years education.
  • Support the planning and implementation of a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum.
  • Champion child-initiated learning and foster independence and curiosity.
  • Work closely with families and the wider community to strengthen our long-standing connections.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS Welfare Requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified practitioner with Level 3 or above in Early Years Education.
  • Experience in leading practice and supporting staff development.
  • A passion for child-led, play-based learning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
