Are you a leader, reliable, organized, and looking for a flexible role? We’re seeking senior exam invigilators to lead on ensuring a smooth and fair environment for students during their exams.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supervising students during exams to ensure guidelines are followed.
- Leadership/supervision of invigilation team
- Delegation of tasks to invigilation team
- Auditing of examination paperwork
- Checking/handling of secure examination material within secure storage facility
- Preparation/distribution of exam packs
- Setting up and clearing exam rooms efficiently.
- Maintaining a calm, focused atmosphere for all candidates.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Can stay calm under pressure and handle situations fairly.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of invigilators
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills
- Vigilant and high level of attention to detail
