Senior Exam Invigilators

Hourly Rate £12.18 per hour plus holiday pay (Training will be provided)

We are looking to recruit a Senior Exam Invigilators to join our existing exams team. The role requires you to support the Examinations Officer and lead a team of invigilators in setting up the examination rooms and in ensuring correct exam procedures are followed in line with regulations. Responsibilities include close liaison with the exams officers to ensure the secure transport, distribution and collection of examination papers, to deploy and support the room invigilators in their specific roles, to take a lead on instructing and guiding pupils in the conduct of their exams. This is a key role in upholding the integrity and security of the examination/assessment process.

The role will involve internal and external exams throughout the academic year. Days and hours are dependent on the exam cycle; full training will be provided and working hours will be agreed for each exam period. Suitable candidates will be experienced exam invigilators who are passionate in supporting young people in furthering their education through their vital examination experience. You will be able to ensure the required examination regulations and guidelines are adhered to all times whilst providing a friendly, calm and supportive approach to all our pupils.
