At St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, we are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting our academies and senior leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes across our Trust. This is a full time and permanent position.
About the Role
This is far more than a traditional finance role. As a key member of our central finance team, you will:
- Partner with school leaders and senior stakeholders to provide strategicfinancial insight
- Support decision-making that directly enhances educational outcomes and operational effectiveness
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across a diverse portfolio
- Challenge, influence, and support leaders to ensure best value and sustainable growth
You’ll operate at the heart of the organisation, combining technical expertise with strong relationship-building to drive performance and innovation.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a credible and confident finance professional (qualified or part-qualified)
- Has the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight
- Builds strong partnerships and can influence at all levels
- Demonstrates integrity, sound judgement, and a proactive mindset
- Is motivated by making a meaningful difference in a values-driven organisation
Experience in education or the charitable sector is welcome but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver impact.
