Senior HR Advisor job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR professional to join our vibrant HR team to assist with the delivery of an effective HR service across our 35 schools, covering Darlington, Durham, Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees.
The post holder will contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives and projects, whilst managing their own caseload in supporting managers in the day-to-day needs for absence management, capability, disciplinary and organisational change etc. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will support the Trust in maintaining compliance with employment legislation, implementing best practice HR processes and ensuring that managers and staff act in accordance with policies and procedures. ​

Candidates will be considered for whole time or term time working.
Our Trust offices are in Darlington and Hartlepool, however colleagues may be based, and or work in, other Trust schools throughout Darlington, Stockton, Billingham, Hartlepool and County Durham.
