We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Hub IT Technician to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of reliable, efficient and consistent ICT services across the Academy. Working closely with the Hub ICT Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive technical support to staff and students, help maintain effective ICT systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of technology services across the Academy.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent performance of all ICT systems across our academies, providing reliable support and maintenance.
- Act as the senior point of escalation within the academy for any Service Issues
- Operate the Academy ICT Helpdesk effectively, logging and resolving helpdesk calls within agreed service levels
- Monitor security aspects and promptly address anomalies, reporting concerns to the Hub ICT Business Partner

- NJC SCP 20 - 25: £33,673 - £37,563

Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 x GCSEs including Maths and English grade 4-9 or equivalent
- Relevant ICT qualifications or equivalent demonstrable ICT technical support experience
- Ability to understand a range of organisational and technical procedures and the ability to disseminate to other staff
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and work to deadlines especially during periods of pressure
