What skills and experience we're looking for
ESSENTIAL
- 5 GCSE's with a minimum grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Hands-on 1st/2nd line support in a Windows environment
- Experience in a helpdesk-style environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of audience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive, solution-focused attitude
- Understanding of the issues surrounding the safeguarding of children and a commitment to child welfare and safety
DESIRABLE
- Experience of working in a school environment
- Awareness of backup routines, scheduled maintenance and the impact of ICT facilities on teaching and learning

We are currently looking to appoint a full-time Senior ICT Technician to join our ICT team working in a very busy department. Previous experience in a helpdesk-style environment is essential.
