37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, and Friday, 8.00am to 3.30pm (which includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
We are seeking to recruit, for September 2025, a motivated and skilled individual to join our IT Technical Services team supporting approximately 1500 Users. This is a key role in this thriving and oversubscribed 11-18 Secondary School. Moving forward there may be a requirement to work with other schools within the Trust. (Mileage will be reimbursed).
The main duties of the post will be to provide an effective and efficient support service to all internal staff, with experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, Google Workspace and Active Directory. Additional responsibilities include hardware and software installations, upgrades, Network administration and troubleshooting.

You will have previous experience, of working in an IT support environment and knowledge and understanding of desktops, servers, MS Software as described above. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to diagnose user problems and technical faults quickly and accurately are essential.
The post is for 37 hours per week and will be renumerated on LGPS Grade 8, Pts 18-23 (£30,559 - £33,366) pro rata, dependent on experience.
