Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Senior Technician to join our growing central IT Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly within a Microsoft 365 and Windows network environment. As a successful candidate, your main responsibilities will be:

To ensure that services are effective, professional, and value for money, while remain-ing flexible, responsive, and customer focused.

To act as focal point for all IT issues and developments taking place at the site, having oversight of all activities.

To contribute to wider Trust developments, representing the unique needs of staff and students.

To act as a senior member of the wider Trust IT Services team, line managing the school’s junior IT staff, and leading projects as required.

This is a full-time role, in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, where your ability to use initiative and solve problems independently will be key. You’ll be based on-site, predominantly at our Wellington Schools, however, the role will sit as part of the central IT support team and be a deployable resource at the direction of the Trust IT Lead across all schools within the Trust.
