Senior Mental Health Network Leader ( Primary schools) job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Network Leader for Senior Mental Health Leads across RLT Primary Schools (and a further role for Secondary). This role will support Senior Mental Health Leads in schools by providing opportunities for connection, collaboration and sharing across the schools. The post holder will need to be able to take innovative and creative approaches to facilitating network collaboration in ways which bring genuine value.

What skills / experience are required

Applicants are required to have recent experience of being a school Senior Mental Health Lead (including having undergone DfE accredited training) and the ability to shape and maintain a supportive network to support collaboration between leaders in RLT Primary schools.

This role is offered to Internal RLT candidates only. The other elements of the application form (career history / qualifications) are less relevant for internal candidates, and therefore we would accept an application with just basic details completed in these areas.
