Senior Office Administrator job summary
The Directors of St Francis and St Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company are seeking to appoint a Senior Office Administrator to SS Peter and Paul Catholic Primary Academy & Nursery.
You will be joining a well resourced and supportive Academy Community that was recently awarded the Wellbeing Award for Schools. In April 2024 a Catholic Schools Inspectorate report said that within staffing, ‘There is an embedded culture of ‘being there for each other’. The most recent Ofsted report draws attention to our ‘committed team with a shared vision for the school’ and a ‘happy, harmonious community, where all feel valued’.
The appointed candidate will join our happy and forward-thinking academy and become part of our dedicated team and as the first point of contact will work in partnership with pupils, Staff, Parents, Representatives, Directors and Trust Partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
To take the lead responsibility in maintaining an efficient and effective office.
Implementing systems and procedures in support of the Academy.
Support in maintaining and monitoring the Academy’s financial and personnel systems in liaison and under the direction of the SFSC Multi Academy
Support the leadership team and Governors to make the most of their resources.
Carry out administrative activities supporting the Academy community.
