About our Senior Project Officer role   

Our central service staff are the building blocks that allow our academies, staff and functions to do their jobs. In this role you will be key in enabling the delivery of a number of international programmes such as the Big AI project and be at the forefront of teaching and learning. 

 

This is an all-encompassing Project officer role where you'll be the backbone across projects worked on. You’ll be the doer and the organiser. Your days will differ, but you’ll be involved in tasks such as: 

 

  • Diary management for programmes 
  • Lead on the logistics of partnership and dissemination events 
  • Supporting with programme running around events, venues, speakers, trainers and resources 
  • Track progress of participants, including attendance, deadlines and programme evaluations 
  • Provides support to participants throughout their time on programmes, monitoring the relevant email inboxes and sending regular communication to ensure their experience is positive 
  • Support with online communication, including social media, newsletters and blogs 
  • Proof read and check all above comms, logistics and data to ensure accuracy  .

Duration: Permanent 

Salary: 38,184 to £40,512 

Base: Hybrid. Working out of our Institute at School 360 and remotely.

Great holiday entitlement  

• Under 2 years’ continuous service: 34 days holiday, comprising of 26 days + 8 Bank holidays.  

• Under 4 years’ continuous service: 39 days Holiday, comprising of 31 days + 8 Bank holidays.  

• Over 4 years’ continuous service: 40 days holiday, comprising of 32 days + 8 Bank holidays.
