Senior Site Support (Multi-Site)

Grade 4 - 37 hours, All year round

We are seeking a Senior Site Support colleague to join our dedicated Facilities team, working predominantly across Thoresby Vale Academy and Horizons Academy within the Mansfield area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing safe, secure and well-maintained learning environments for our pupils, staff and wider communities.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will undertake a varied role which includes site security, minor maintenance, compliance checks, contractor supervision, health and safety monitoring, grounds management and supporting the day-to-day operation of our academy sites. You will work closely with academy leaders, Business Managers and the wider Estates team to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant and welcoming.

        What we are looking for

        We are looking for someone who:

        Has experience of building maintenance, site management or a similar facilities-based role.

        Understands the importance of health and safety, compliance and safeguarding.

        Can work independently whilst also contributing positively as part of a wider team.

        Has excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

        Is flexible and willing to work across sites to support academy needs.

        Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
