• Working pattern: Full time: 36 hrs per week split shift rotation working between both our sites. Hoe Street Walthamstow E17 9AA Canterbury Road - Leyton E10 6EJ
• Contract type: Fixed term - One Year - To be reviewed
• Full-time equivalent salary: £34,416 - £35,982 (depending on experience)
• Pay scale: £34,416 - £35,982 (depending on experience)

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate a commitment to working with the Head and Facilities Manager to ensure our schools are always the best they can be.
• Be hardworking and flexible with a can-do attitude
• Have the capacity to problem solve in a calm and professional manner and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Be able to identify and prioritise tasks
• Have a good standard of DIY skills in joinery, plumbing, painting and general maintenance
• Have an awareness of health and safety requirements
• Be a team player and have good communication and interpersonal skills

• Understand the importance of confidentiality and following safeguarding and other policies
