Senior Site Services Officer job summary
At the Learning in Harmony Trust, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Services Officer to work at Joseph Clarke School, in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Site Services Officer - your knowledge will help ensure that our wonderful facility is safe, secure and a fantastic place to learn.
Joseph Clarke School is a centre of excellence for pupils with a vision impairment and/or other special needs. Situated in Waltham Forest, we are a small, inclusive and nurturing school welcoming pupils from across London and surrounding counties. We offer an exciting curriculum and are lucky enough to have our own onsite cafe, Louis Training Cafe, which is open to the public for tea, coffee and refreshments.
The role:
To be responsible for all aspects of site management of the school buildings and grounds. This includes site security, unlocking and locking, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs, porterage and overseeing pre-planned maintenance programmes.
In consultation with the successful candidate working hours can be negotiated, although our preference would be for a split-shift approach during term time.
You will be a valued part of the school support team and proactively make a positive contribution to the ethos and culture of the school.
