Are you an experienced teacher looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated Senior Teacher to join one of our three village schools: Gorefield, Leverington or Murrow Primary Academy and help shape the next chapter of our schools’ journey.
The successful candidate must be an excellent classroom practitioner with recent Key Stage 2 experience who can support and challenge all pupils to thrive and achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone with a desire to work collaboratively with our committed and enthusiastic senior leadership team across the schools to drive standards and improve outcomes.
At the heart of this position is the opportunity to inspire colleagues, champion high‑quality inclusive practice and help drive continued improvement across school. As a key member of our team, you will act as a role model for excellent teaching and learning, shaping practice and contributing to whole school development.
We are dedicated to high quality professional development and there are opportunities for further progression within the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust. At our schools, you can expect a supportive culture within a Trust with a shared vision and high aspirations. We value our staff and there are many development opportunities within the Partnership. There are opportunities to work in partnership with staff across our 3 schools in our Fenland ‘mini-hub’.
The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is a charitable multi-academy trust specialising in the Primary sector. We are building a thriving community of schools that succeed on behalf of their children. The Family of Academies within the Trust currently incorporates three hubs; St Neots, Fenland and Royston.
Further benefits include:
A collaborative approach to working alongside inspirational colleagues across our mini-hub of 3 schools;
A close-knit, caring and supportive staff team within each school that are truly committed to improving the life chances of all our children;
Opportunities to work/train with other academies within the Trust, sharing best practice and resources to support workload;
Teacher Pension Scheme and the benefits of our Employee Assistance Programme;
Ongoing professional development tailored to the needs of individuals, as well as whole school priorities.
