What Success Looks Like:
• Plan, deliver and evaluate effective learning activities for whole classes, small groups and individual pupils, supporting positive engagement and achievement.
• Provide effective support, coaching and mentoring to TAs, LSAs and volunteers, helping colleagues develop their practice and contribute positively to the school team.
• Promote positive pupil development by supporting learning, behaviour, wellbeing, independence and emotional resilience, using assessment and feedback to identify and respond to individual needs.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
