Senior Teaching Assistant: secondary school Start date: January 2022 Term time only: 37 hrs pw Term Time Only – grade 5, points 15 – 22 £20,068 to £23,051 (£23,541 - £27,041 - Full time equivalent salary) Due to the continued development of our SEND provision, we are looking to appoint an inspirational colleague to join us at The National Academy as a senior teaching assistant to work within our inclusion department. The successful candidate would be responsible for supporting KS3 & 4 students across faculty areas to help ensure they achieve the highest possible outcomes. This could vary from in class support to small group or 1-to-1 support. Alongside this teaching assistant responsibility, you would also work to support the SENCo in the running of our inclusion area. To apply you should already have experience of working in a secondary school context, relevant qualifications and a proven track record of continued professional development.
