Senior Tutor job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational, ambitious, and enthusiastic leader to join our excellent and committed pastoral team. Senior Tutors lead one of our five vertical houses, ensuring that all students are supported to achieve the best possible outcomes; they are also exceptional classroom teachers.
You will be committed to delivering the highest standards of academic attainment possible alongside excellent pastoral care, ensuring that systems work effectively to enable all students to be known, valued and supported. You will be skilled at building rapport with students, parents, and staff to drive achievement and raise aspirations in an inclusive and values led school community. The successful candidate will be an experienced subject teacher – Science, Maths, RS or DT are ideal, but all subjects will be considered.
