What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably as a department head or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of current educational best practices, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community members.
