What skills and experience we're looking for

Elliott Hudson College is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational colleague to the role of Session Sports Coach (Netball). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching across our Netball programme, supporting both curriculum and extracurricular provision. The successful candidate will be committed to developing student participation, progress and performance, while promoting an inclusive and positive sporting culture that reflects the values of Elliott Hudson College and The GORSE Academies Trust.

Potential applicants should have:

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
  • Experience of successful coaching at club level.
  • The ability to form meaningful relationships with young people across the full age range of GORSE academies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and the development and wellbeing of young people.
