Site Agent job summary

Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT) opened our newly built, state-of-the-art facility - Rivertree Free School, in February 2025. This school joined the others in our trust providing education to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. Our Academies, supported by the Trust, provide an environment which is welcoming, nurturing, calm, safe and purposeful. BILTT’s vision is to continue to develop a high performing SEND Multi Academy Trust that delivers the very best educational experiences for pupils regardless of their starting points.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Agent to support the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. The Site Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the new school environment is welcoming and safe. This role will support the implementation of new operating systems and maintaining high standards of facility management.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organisational skills the ability to work independently, able to manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies effectively. You will need to be flexible in approach and be willing to participate in whole school activities - open days and community events for example.
