Site Agent job summary
The successful candidate for the Site Agent role will be a proactive and reliable individual responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of the school premises. They will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include managing repairs, conducting regular inspections, coordinating with contractors, and implementing health and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff to enhance the overall functionality and appearance of the school and grounds.
We encourage applications from individuals with experience in an educational environment or a similar setting, as well as those with relevant trade experience. A willingness to undertake further training is essential.
