Site Apprentice Level 3 job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated Site Apprentice to assist the Site Manager in the day to day running of the school’s premises.
Key roles and responsibilities:
General maintenance masks
Security of the school’s building and grounds
General porterage duties - movement of furniture and equipment around the school
Handyperson duties - minor repairs to fixtures, fittings and furniture
Non specialist decorating tasks
Proactive approach to advising the Site Manager of faults to buildings, fixtures and fittings that may require specialist attention
Log and update tickets on the maintenance helpdesk system
