What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Site Assistant and Lettings Supervisor at Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge.
This role is instrumental in helping with the day-to-day maintenance of the school and to provide evening and weekend support as required to service lettings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing good relationships with the Trust site team and support teams
- Keeping the school look tidy and presentable
- Carrying out minor maintenance work or other tasks as required
- Ensuring compliance with the school’s Health & Safety processes
- Ensuring that the lettings procedures of the school are met
- Covering absence or holiday of team members

- Be an honest and hard-working individual
- Deliver excellent customer service to staff, students and customers, providing a learning environment that students can take pride in and a safe working environment for colleagues
The successful applicant will be energetic and enthusiastic and enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You will enjoy nurturing young people to grow in confidence and flourish personally.
