Fairfield Spencer Academy are seeking a reliable, energetic and proactive Site Assistant to join our proactive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-maintained school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Caretaking duties and general site maintenance
• General and emergency cleaning as required
• Liaising with contractors and school users
• Key holder for opening up duties

• Someone willing to work hard and use initiative
• A practical approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

Working Pattern

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 6am to 9am.
