Bucks Pay Range: 2 £25,625 - £27770 depending on experience
Full time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (working hours - 11.00 am - 7.00 pm)

As a Site Assistant, you’ll help maintain our facilities to the highest standards, supporting the school’s strong reputation and ensuring everyone feels valued and included.
The Role
As a Site Assistant, you will:
- Help keep our school safe and secure by following Health & Safety procedures and acting as a Fire Warden when needed.
- Support with opening and closing the site, monitoring security, and assisting contractors.
- Manage deliveries and set up rooms for meetings, performances, and events.
- Carry out routine maintenance and emergency repairs, and assist with inspections.
- Ensure outdoor areas are safe and clear, and support cleaning staff when required.
- Contribute positively to the life of the school, promoting our values and ethos.
This role involves working across multiple sites within reasonable travel distance, so flexibility is essential.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.
- Practical skills for basic maintenance and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential—we provide training and support.
