We’re proud to say we’re more than just a school—we’re a family. To help us provide a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for our students, staff and wider community, we are seeking a dedicated Site Assistant to join our Estates Team.

The Role

As a Site Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our Academy safe, secure, clean and well-maintained. You will:

  • Respond quickly to issues as they arise, helping to keep our Academy running smoothly.

  • Work flexibly as part of a team and independently, including during adverse weather, evenings, and weekends when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative.

  • Practical and hands-on, with experience of caretaking, site support or general maintenance.

  • Flexible and proactive, willing to respond to a variety of challenges.

  • Confident with ICT for record-keeping and communication.

  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with colleagues and contractors.
