What skills and experience we're looking for

In this important role, you will need to be physically able as it involves steps, stairs, ladders and heavy lifting. You will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the school, ensuring that health and safety issues are dealt with promptly and regulations adhered to.


Good DIY skills are a must and you need to be able to maintain records both manually and digitally.

The role may include some out of hours working for lettings and will include emergency callouts when required. For this reason, a full driving licence is desirable.
