• Full-time equivalent salary: Grade 5 (£25,988 - £28,141)

What skills and experience we're looking for

Basic English & Maths

Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

Key Holder

Good communication skills

Knowledge and use ofpower and hand tools

Working with external contractors.

Building maintenance skills & knowledge of specialist cleaning techniques.

Breakdowns, faults & repairs - identification and calling out of appropriate contractor.

Understanding of Health & Safety Legislation (including COSHH) and school/Trust procedures
