Site Manager job summary

The position will be for 20hrs across two sites, 15 hours at Maple Tree Primary School and 5 hours at St Swithuns C of E Primary, both in Sandy. Regular hours for Maple Tree would start at 7.30am-10:30am daily (with some flexibility available). There may be occasions where an afternoon start will be required to support the site team during absences and annual leave. Afternoon hours are 3:00pm-6:00pm. St Swithuns has more flexibility with their hours, these can be discussed at interview.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of site management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the buildings and grounds of the school. Full training will be available if and as required.

- Demonstrates accountability for ensuring they secure high quality support for school improvement

- Has reasonable experience, or skills in a trade

- Is competent at basic onsite repairs and maintenance

- Has knowledge of Health, Safety & Welfare requirements
