What skills and experience we're looking for
We require a Site Manager to join the team at Riversides School, which is a school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. We are seeking a Site Manager for our split-site premises (both buildings within Worcester City boundaries) who will be responsible for ensuring they are maintained to a high standard, providing a pleasant environment in which pupils and staff can work and learn.
The Site Manager will be a key-holder and must be willing to be called out at any time should an emergency arise.
The successful candidate will have experience of carrying out general building and grounds repairs and maintenance tasks, with the capacity to prioritise a wide range of tasks. They will also need a clear understanding of both security issues and Health and Safety requirements in respect of all areas of school life. Flexibility and team working are essential attributes.
