We are looking to appoint a Site Manager who is keen to be a valued part of our warm and friendly federation of schools, where everyone is valued and the children feel safe and secure. The role will be based primarily at Bardney, however, the successful candidate will support our senior leadership team and governors across both schools in the federation.

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality site management of all site maintenance (including DIY) and services including the site/cleaning staff and external contractors.

To maintain a healthy and safe environment for students, staff, and other users/visitors.

The working pattern for this position is 6.00 – 09.30 in the morning and 15.00 -18.30 in the afternoon, Monday to Friday, with 2.5 hours to use flexibly across the week during term time and the equivalent of 2 weeks during school holidays across the year. The working pattern could be negotiable for the right candidate.

  • Has a good level of DIY skills
