Bucks Pay Range 5/6 - £33,158 to £39,876 per annum

This is an exciting role across the Insignis Academy Trust schools to lead the operational management of facilities. The post reports to the Head of Estates who is responsible for the strategic management of Estates, Facilities and H&S for the Trust. Whilst continuing to oversee the day-to-day aspects of the site team at their base school the post holder will be required to support one other school site team.

The post holder would be expected to be competent in their facilities knowledge and have the attributes to lead on these areas and contribute their ideas and knowledge to the development of the Trust. You will need to have proactive and positive abilities such as good communication, working well within a team, organisational skills, has the initiative to instigate outstanding tasks and site improvement whilst also being responsive to staff and student requests for assistance

You will be based at one of our schools within the trust with the ability to travel to our other schools to support the other site teams in the event of illness/holidays/projects and events cover. The post-holder must have transport and a valid UK driving license.

This is a ‘hands-on role’ role that will cover many aspects covering the school’s facilities and operations.
