What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive outlook
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills liaising with staff, students, parents and external agencies and contractors
  • Be able to apply health and safety knowledge effectively and to a high standard
  • Be dedicated to school improvement and providing an environment that is clean, welcoming, safe and secure for all staff, students and visitors to school
  • Be prepared to undertake any relevant training in order to carry out the role effectively

Have a good knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety
