Grade 6 - Site Manager – permanent
This role is for 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, all year around. Part time may be considered for the right person.
Actual starting salary will be £28,624 - £31,067
Our Multi Academy Trust is a group of inspirational and aspirational mainstream and specialist schools in Yorkshire, whose main objective is to ensure that all pupils make exceptional progress through the development of outstanding staff.
We are seeking to appoint a well organised, hardworking individual to take on the role of site manager at Bridgeview Special School & Whitehouse PRU.
You will lead on maintenance and management of the site and will liaise with the school's site facilities assistants, contractors, and external agencies regarding the completion of both planned and reactive maintenance. You will also work closely with the School Leadership Team to ensure that the schools comply with all requirements of health and safety, risk management and statutory testing.
The right person will have:
- Have a can-do attitude, being.
- Work well as part of a team .
- Be able to carry out DIY.
- Be willing and able to complete maintenance tasks across the site.
- Have some knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Ensure the site presents well, is tidy and compliant.
