What skills and experience we're looking for
St Christopher’s is looking for a Site Manager (Exeter Hub) who can:
deliver excellent H&S, Caretaking and Site management to multiple sites
You will manage the maintenance and caretaking needs of three primary schools in and around Exeter.
work with a team
Reporting to our Trust’s Estates Manager you will be part of a small, passionate Estates team who work to create great learning environments in our 21 primary schools.
be responsible for keeping our schools safe and compliant
You will be based in St Michael’s Primary school, where you will manage the school site with all associated compliance and assessments. In addition, you will undertake caretaking responsibilities at two other local school sites.
take a lead and show initiative
You will be a solution focussed, values-driven individual who is able to communicate well with contractors and staff. You will have a ‘hands on’ approach to maintenance tasks and understand the level of statutory compliance required in the public sector.
