Site Manager job summary
Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for a Site Manager to join their team. This position is permanent, full time, 52 weeks per year, 37 hours per week, the current working pattern followed by the existing site manager is as follows but there can be flexibility to this:
- Monday - 10am to 6pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 7am - 3pm
- Fridays - 10am to 5.30pm
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the property and asset management of the school.
- Liaising daily with the Head Teacher on caretaking and site management issues.
- Manage the cleaning staff and contracted cleaning staff of the school.
- Ensure the security of the school premises.
- Maintaining any machinery or plant within the school.
- Maintaining the internal and external fabric of the schools premises as a safe working environment.
