The successful applicant will:
- Have experience working as a site manager with experience of undertaking a range of duties such as building maintenance, managing a small team of staff and working with contractors.
- Be a team player, but be able to work independently
- To communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Understand confidentiality and show commitment to safeguarding pupils wellbeing and equality
- Have a good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Hard working and physically fit
