We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to join our school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our school is a welcoming, secure, and well-maintained space where children can thrive.

Leamington Primary Academy is a large two form entry primary school in Sutton in Ashfield. Our modern building and site provide the perfect environment for our children to thrive. We are looking a site manager to work a split shift to support us in the daily maintenance and compliance of our site.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our school safe, secure, and welcoming for children, staff, and visitors. From overseeing maintenance and repairs to managing cleaning standards and ensuring the security of the premises, you’ll take pride in creating an environment where learning can flourish. This is a hands-on, varied role that requires practical skills, strong organisation, and a proactive approach—every day brings a new challenge and the chance to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance, keeping buildings and grounds in excellent condition.
- Supervise cleaning staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the school.
- Manage budgets and plan for long-term site development.
- Liaise with contractors, oversee works, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and take proactive steps to prevent issues.
- Support school lettings and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all.
